This is a small part of a larger series that was started called #100paperrappers. I wanted to pay homage to the hip-hop music that I grew up on and the rappers that help me form my love of music. This collection is of the original starters of hip hop.
We recently celebrated hip hop's 50th anniversary! It's amazing how long this art form has lasted!
Each piece is hand-cut from one sheet of white paper with the rapper's face and a shortened lyric from a song backed on 8x10 black paper.
The paper art is sold unframed. Item comes shipped flat on cardboard in a heavy-duty plastic sleeve in a mailer.
